Color: light straw with gold reflexes Nose: lemon, fennel pollen, a bit of apple and honey, a little burnt biscuit, menthol. Things keep appearing. It's intense and assertive Palate: medium-high acidity on a medium-full to full body. It's fairly thick and shows the same notes as the nose with some extra honey and perhaps molasses. A year after the prior: Again, quite rich, but all in balance, with nice acid backbone. Very enjoyable over three nights, gassed in between.

Medium straw in color. Surprisingly rich — but at the same time, beautifully balanced, and with lovely acid backbone. I think this is the first vintage using this estate vineyard designation? In any event, very promising. Highly enjoyable over three nights.
