This is what C-C is like when it's great. A balance of power and finesse with palette length. Complex flavors of honey, white flowers, subtle use of oak, tropical fruit.

A spicy kind of wood that matches very well with the concentration of the wine, gentle vanilla firm citrus, apriicot, noticeable bitters. At the moment in its development the wine misses some balance, but everything is present for a very good future.

Very young and already very impressive, starting with dry 'orange confit' combined after 15 minutes with more power, spices and a more stony style. At day two gentle wood and subtle vanille added more complexity. A perfect persistence and concentration and than came the superb bitters and the very long aftertaste; as I said very young, and also very promising.

Color is pale straw. On the nose: Orange and Lemon zest, Lemon drops and white florals. On the palate: Orange predominant with Lemon more in background, quite a bit of spice (oak?), some vanilla and a bit of honeysuckle. The upfront Orange is very interesting and pleasurable. Good acidity and mouthfeel. This wine has good density.

Deep golden color. The nose is minerals with some very linear white fruit. The palate is nicely balanced. Not a great amount of detail but nice harmony of components.
