Bitner Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon - Shiraz Reserve

Wow! This red blend was one of the best Bitner wines that I have tasted. Started with a rich color in the glass and on the palate it had mouthfilling, mature, flavors that spoke of class. I wish that I had more bottles of this wine. Probably at its peak now but will drink well for several more years.
