I’ve been drinking so much South Australian shiraz lately, this was a reminder of how gorgeous and elegant a cool climate example of the variety can be. Put me in mind of Clonakilla SV. Mid weight, dark fruit but also a cherry tinge. Ready to drink. This is hard to find but absolutely worth the search. Bravo Adrian!
