Winery in Kaysersberg, Alsace. Stainless steel fermentation, typical for the region. Medium yellow in color. A bit tight at serving temp as for as aromas. On the palate, lemon, apple, pear and some nice minerality. Moderate acidity typical for the area and varietal. Completely dry (I think it's about 7 grams residual sugar).
