Full spectrum champagne flavor-wise, hits all the notes. Sugar cookie / lemon bars on the nose, citrus and apple up front, mineral and herbal on the core, fleshy mouthfeel, good finish on acidity.

Champagne Test Drive (Truffle Fine Wine) : Aggressive, course bubbles. Very dry and acidic.
