It's been A Week™, and that called for an exceptional and suitable beer to round out the work week. After six more months of aging, this brew is no less impressive than it was at its freshest. The nose is richly coconut-forward, with a sip that manages to balance its fruit phenomenally with the malt and barrel character. It's still Friday, we're still celebrating, and there's no way we're working 'til Monday! I was incredibly excited about this beer and I'm happy that it lived up to those expectations. The nose is all piña colada with hints of roast, but the sip is positively luxuriant.
