Nose of lemongrass, with hints of lychee and lime zest. Palate is light-bodied and acidic, with mild flavours of mineral water, lime, and green fruit, but there are also fragrant hints of fig and pear. Previous bottle was better.

Nose shows zesty notes of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, and lemon zest, over a smooth, heavy, creamy background. Minerally mouthfeel, and again the creamy texture is evident. Briny flavour with dilute lime juice moderated by hints of white bread, bean shoots, and almond meal. Not at it's best at room temperature: stronger flavours and better, tighter structure straight out of the fridge.
