Bodega Pirineos Somontano Chardonnay Gewürztraminer Monasterio del Pueyo

Great Chardonnay - very different from the French Chardonnay style. It is a lot more chilled and refreshing with its high acidity than the common French Chardonnay. However, the high acidity is quite nicely balanced out with concentrated flavor of honey and bouquets of flowers. It is more similar in style to a Riesling than to any common Chardonnay that I know.
