Subsequent notes on this wine from close to two years ago. Deep, dark garnet in color & still almost opaque. Very chewy, ripe tannins, this 50 Cab S, 30 Cab F, 20 Merlot blend is big and pretty serious, best with heavy red meat or left alone for a few years. At first more Bdx, with air it turns more Italian-tasting.
