A complex Chardonnay that readily reveals its Tuscan provenance. Dusty terroir and minerality are prominent. Fruit takes a back seat, but the wine still shows citrus, herbs, and melons. The wine finishes with fine-grain, dusty tannins. Not a run-of-the-mill Chardonnay, but very agreeable.

Screwcap bottle. Fresh, easy drinking. Nose of apricot, melon. Good acidity balanced with fruit and alcohol. Palate also detected burnt caramel flavors. Very pleasant indeed!
