Biodynamically made blend of 74% sauvignon blanc and 26% sémillon, the SB aged in new French oak barrels for 5 months. Very good wine, but it lacks a bit of excitement. Medium intense aromas of tangerine, white peach, gunpowder (thanks Linda!), lemon, grapefruit, blossom, flint, iron, lemon, pine tree. Dry wine, medium+ acidity, medium body, medium+ flavour intensity, medium+ length finish. 13% - AU & NZ tasting Pinot

lemon over lime, slight apple and cut grass. Dry with slight grip on the mid palate. Simple, fresh, young with freshly shucked oysters.

Seamless wine with a hint of smokiness, absolutely lovely. Should be outstanding with cheese and even better with some years behind it. Biodynamic, 58% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 2% Verdelho and 15 years potential aging.
