Decanted for 45 minutes during which the wine opened and warmed a bit. This bottle was a bit more enjoyable than our previous two bottles about 2 years ago as the oak seemed to be more integrated. The color was a clear medium plus yellow. There were white fruits and lemon on the nose. The medium to plus bodied palate showed peach, pear, lemon, some spice, some vanilla, and nicely balancing acidity. Drinking well now and will probably hold for …

Decanted for only 15 minutes, because I didn't reference my previous TN. This bottle was very similar to that previous bottle, except that it was a bit less chilled. The color was a clear medium yellow. The nose showed some white fruit along with quite a bit of oak. The medium to plus bodied palate showed some pear and brioche, along with a touch of peach, and a heavy overlay of oak. The acidity was vibrant and palate cleansing. Clearly …

Initially PnP, but then decanted for 20 minutes. Overall, on both the nose and palate, this wine carried more oak influence than we prefer. Will give our next bottle more decanter time. Just not sure whether to drink this wine younger or later than this 7+ years? The color was a clear medium yellow. The nose was pretty much all oak. The medium to plus palate was oak, along with some apple, pear and brioche. The acidity was vibrant and …

Rich and exotic tonight. Buttered pineapple. With Lobster Mac and some ceviche with chopped tomato.

Outstanding spot to drink this. Greenish golden hue with no signs of oxidation. Salinity, baked peaches, pear and brioche. In the mouth definitely medium to full bodied but with balance and fresh acidity. In a prime drinking window.

Floral nose. Stones, minerals and acidity in balance with fruit.

This is so pure. It has put some weight in the last few months. Absolutely singin. Wonderful pairing with Scallops on a saffron tomato broth.

Wood slightly more prominent as the aging process continues. Very enjoyable as the temp rises in the glass.

Beautiful golden sheen in the glass. Great nose with Honeysuckle and orange blossom. Lively acid on the palate fades to juicy long finish. The wet stones that I love were less prominent than the 2012 we drank a few weeks ago.
