Tangerine, apple cider, with a touch of herbal character. Absolutely beautiful fruit purity on the nose. Medium, bordering on medium plus acid with a touch of tannin from the skin maceration. Finishes on fruit that mirrors the nose. Absolutely lovely and delicious, a wine that just makes you smile.

A blend of Grenache Gris (70%) & Macabeu (30%). This is a belter, but not one that jumps out of the glass like the rest of 'em. Herbal, well fruited, pulpy and salty-in-a-good-way. Excellent punch, excellent carry, excellent mouthfeel all the way through. It’s a s screaming bargain for the style. Gorgeous wine to drink.

Really liked the wine. Well balanced. Went well with corn on the cobb with butter and soy sauce.

Not bad--high VA but clean otherwise, touch of white notes and honey on finish, balanced, perfectly nice natural quaffer.
