Domaine Jean Masson & Fils Vin de Savoie Apremont Coeur d'Apremont

Nice juice of pear juice, with good acidity and an afordable matter. Balance is very nice, without pretention. Simple wine, well defined, very good and almost technicaly perfect. Exactly what you need after and day in the mountain. I thinks there's a light residual sugar, or is it the ripeness of the fruit ?
