Ruby red with a super dark core. Love the nose, started off super savory and meaty to start. Opened with with some dark plums, white peppers and black olives. A little bit of heat on the palate. Pepper and lots of black and blue berries. Moderate tannins (7/10) with thicker dark fruits on day two. Full bodied with a dry and long finish. Drink till 2022.
