Last House Vineyard Chardonnay Electrum

Fermented on skins for 19 days with manual punch-downs three times per day. Indigenous yeast and malo. Fermented entirely in stainless steel with no fining or filtration with minimal sulphur additions and some chaptalization to comply with VQA codes. For a $30 orange wine from Ontario this reminds me a bit of Southbrook's Orange Triomphe but has much more legs and a tighter and salinic late palate and longer finish.
