Deep red in colour, the nose has plum fruit that is backed by cedary oak aromas. The palate is a spicy and peppery expression of cool climate Shiraz that is integrated with fine framing tannins and rich vanillin oak characters, very good length to finish. 2nd bottle proved to be better, not as much liquroice as the first one, more balance and fruit coming through. In saying that it was still jammy and uncouth, but drinkable

Good value - lots of red fruit and smooth, bit of a short finish but good overall.

Expressive nose of liquorice, treacle and dark plums. Soft, silky, fruity and jammy on the tongue, with bright acidity and good balance between sweetness and tannin. Lovely peppery finish. Excellent value, very enjoyable.

rich, deep, with bags of fruit, a simplistic, yet very tasty Aussie Shiraz

An over rich and over riped grape give a wine with unblanced flavours. Or one to be exact - Liquorish. My friends wouldnt even drink it.

Quite a hot and tangy shiraz, not the smoothest, but not bad. Some tarry leather, lots of red fruit, quite a short finish, and the alcohol is a bit too noticeable for me. Fine with a barbecue or a steak.
