Biodynamically grown Golden Muscat grapes harvested mid october. Fermented with ambient yeasts and matured on its fine lees for five months. Aromatic with rose petal scents and hefty lychee notes. Bone dry with pure, crystalline aromas and flavours. Refreshing with a mouth-watering, persistent aftertaste.
