This Friuli Cab Franc deftly pulls off a vibrant balance between crunchy red fruit (cherry, currant, cranberry, plum) and herbaceousness (tomato leaf, bell pepper, tea leaf, sweet tobacco). Toss in some green olive, toast, and apple skin and you got yourself one savory wine. I enjoyed with a slight chill (50-55°F).
