Lively nose of strawberries, raspberries, chalky minerals, flowers, earth, and light herbs. Cherries, strawberries, minerals, earth, and flowers on the palate. Supple, glycerin-like mouthfeel. Nicely balanced acidity and medium finish. This is my favorite rose of the year. It's quite up-front and fruity on the nose, but the palate has more of a Bandol quality. Just delicious on the dinner table.
