Deep cherry, touch of vanilla, slightly woody, pretty wine. Quite smooth with that nice grippy ness that barbera has. Acidity is nicely done.all in a decent bottle.

Had two bottles of this in Sao Paulo at a very average Italian restaurant. really enjoyed this light, gorgeous, earthy wine. The only strike against it was that it didnt seem to really excel with anyone's food.
