David Bynum specializes in single vineyard expressions of Russian River Valley fruit since 1973 when it produced the region's first single vineyard pinot noir. Decanted for about 30m. Passionfruit, baked apple, vanilla, warm butterery croissant, caramel, hint of backend bitterness.

This wine, which is usually on the shelves at or below $25, punches well above that pricepoint. Pale straw in the glass with great tree and citrus fruit, honeysuckle, and white peach. The oak treatment …

A solid chardonnay for goo pairings- not the tope of the line diners but for "every day dinners". Very enjoyable. Had with Scallops tonight.
