Quite a dark color. Beautiful fruit on the expressive nose - darker toned than I expected for Marsannay but complex and layered. Energy on the palate despite a certain sweetness coming from the conspicuous ripeness of the vintage. Silky texture. Simply the most beautiful pixilated fruit on the palate. Ripe but not overly so. Caressing but not excessive. Long. Surely merits the long awaited upgrade to Premier Cru. Although the wine lacks a little structurally and accordingly is probably best …

Magnifique, un des meilleurs Marsannay pour 2020 avec le grandiose Grasses Tetes de Bruno Clair et le superbe Méo Camuzet "village".

Obviously young but man was this spectacular. Black fruit and loooong finish. Double decanted and drank over 3 hours. Evolved nicely. Built for the long haul for sure.
