Lucas & Lewellen Viognier

We don't get much chance to taste a California Viognier, but when we do we can rest assured the producer is committed and enthusiastic about the varietal, or else they would not bother. This is serious Viognier. They don't mention much about the winemaking process, but I will bet some of this wine has seen neutral oak barrels. The color is clearish golden.
