You still get strawberries and we also get some hint of sour blackberries - still a light and refreshing wine - not a long aftertaste - happy to stay at 91.

We are in Germany and here you really get a well made fresh and light wine - moderate fruit but clearly strawberries and of sour cherries - clearly also some earthy flavours - also some stable flavours - and a hint of gunpowder - tannins and acidity are some where between medium minus and medium - a good balance. Not a long aftertaste - this is a well made wine and this is why we end up at 91.

Definitely needed decanting this time. Then a good mix of earthy and fruity flavors. I really enjoyed the long finish with ample strawberry flavors. My partner suggested it might be a bit (too?) tangy but I liked it as it adds to the complexity and balances the fruit.

Quite pale red. Complex nose of a typical Baden Spätburgunder with layers of perfumed red fruit, spices and some earthy notes. Needs some air to breathe, then shows beautifully on the palate with the sweet ripe red fruits (strawberry!) nicely balanced by enough acidity and ripe tannins as well as the spicy and earthy flavors. Harmoniously integrated oak. Fruity finish. Not extremely elegant, but a very good and complex German Pinot.

Fresh and pure, but a bit thin in the midtaste and high acidity at the end.
