Nose: [60°] Soft, dark cherry cola with an earthy and fresh forest floor with a bit of funk , undergrowth, gooseberry and a bit of worn leather. [64°] The funk blows off with some time, the deep soil introduces some chocolate and maybe a bit of meatiness (maybe, it's a hard call). Dry with light amounts of fine, smooth tannin. Medium to slightly medium-plus body with medium to medium-minus acidity. Decent finish of about 12 …

Nose: Cherries, light strawberry, slight oak (that becomes more pronounced with time), some grass and slightly dried hay along with topsoil. With some time in the glass, notes of vanilla appear. Palate: Red fruit up front with slight bitter minerality, some soft oak.. finishes with some deep earth on the back palate. Like the nose, some vanilla also comes through with some time in the glass. Clear, and slightly light ruby. Dry with low, soft tannins. Medium to medium-plus body …
