Starts to be closed down. Primary fruit is gone, tanins are dominating. I think I´ll wait for 2-3 years to open the next bottle. For the moment it´s a waste.

My 3rd bottle during the last three or four years. Again really compelling altough the focus is not on primary fruit any more. Still lots of red fruit and a trace of licorice. But now there is more and more spine and elegance. The high alcohol (14,5%) is almost covered by the intensity of flavours and a refreshing acid. That´s why it tastes like a italian wine. Some bitter taste on the mid palate - probably from crushed grape pips …
