Weingut Beurer Stettener Häder Junges Schwaben Riesling trocken

Deep gold. Balanced aroma of primary and ripe Riesling, some petrol, some camomile. Dense mineral core and good acidity. I guess there is some room for improvements in the next few years.

Much too young to open, especially in magnum, but this is a terrific, vibrant, young Riesling. Stony, a bit saline, with floral notes and hints of sour citrus. Have a bit left to taste tonight. I am pretty sure it will be better after a day, and maybe even two.
