La Grange de l'Oncle Charles Pinot Gris Lumière d'été

Purchased in Paris a few months ago and drank at valentine's day dinner. I bravely had to consume the entire bottle over the course of the meal because my (lovely) dining partner is not currently drinking. No detailed notes. Stray impressions: clear natural quality, strong acidity, white flowers and peach and apple/pear, honey, some good minerality. Need to drink more alsatian pinot gris.
