Knewitz, Holzfass Chardonnay, Rheinhessen

Very light, pale lemon coour. But still with medium intensity and youthful. Mostly yellow apple but also lemon, elderflower, honeysuckle, quince, pear and apple. On the palate it is dry with medium + acidity. Medium - body, medium + finish and medium alcohol. But very nicely balanced and would go brilliant with fatty fish. Very nice! Not suitable for further ageing, so please do drink now!
