Fitz-Ritter Dürkheimer Hochbenn Riesling Eiswein

I have been sitting on the beauty for awhile. Nose is slightly burned caramel, baked peaches and dried apricots. Color, in the frosted bottle, is almost a orange. In the glass, more yellow with orange around the edges. Very unusual. I smell the same thing I get from many botritisyzed wines, so perhaps there was some botrytis in this although it is not labeled beerenauslesen or TBA. Do they label eiswein TBA or BA?
