Mulled golden delicious apply cider. Honey. Flowers. Super ripe pineapple. Medium to full bodied. Packed with rich fruit. Definite backend acidity.to lift the finish. Keeps introducing new and interesting flavors over time - green apple, iron and minerals. Day 2- beautiful fullness in the back of the mouth. A little petrol on the nose.
