Deep, dark purple colour with amaranth rim. long legs. Classic. Nose: very ripe, sweet red cherries, black cherries and some red plums. There is also some typical earthiness, tobacco and some balsamic aromas. I can smell some off-aromas too, but they are not offensive. Taste: high acidity, soft tannins which texture reminds 60% cocoa chocolate.
