La Cave de la Reine Jeanne Crémant du Jura

Strawberries and cream on the nose. Full bodied palate of yeast, minerals, strawberries, and cherries with super fine bubbles. Zero dosage makes this easy to drink too much of.

Very decent and fresh sparkler, with hints of raspberries and red apples. Fairly light bodied, with acidity and hints of mineral with the redberries. Not very complex, this is about freshness.

Decent. My understanding is Stephane Tissot had a short crop and teamed up with Benoit Mulin to make this sparkling rose. I would say I prefer previous efforts by Tissot over this but even Tissot's cremants du Jura are not awesome except for the indigene which is more novel than anything else. In general this was okay, nothing to get excited about.
