Very good Shiraz. Nice deep colour, dry, nice tannins. I would place this a medium to full bodied red.

Dry and tasty. Good balance between ripe fruits, peppermint and pal.

First of two bottles. Dark, almost opaque purple. Full bodied. Aromas and flavours of ripe dark fruits and pie, but not sweet. Well done. Drink now as levels of tannins and acidity will likely not support extended aging.

Medium intensity nose delivers black pepper, spice, dark berry, blackberry aromas along with hints of earth and plum. It's full-bodied with refined, structured tannins and juicy acids. with more dark berry, dark plum, pepper spice, and brambly flavours. Very nicely balanced throughout and finishes with good length. Should drink well over the next 5-6 years.
