Consistent with past bottles. More mineral. Acid becoming a little more present. A note of petrol on the aromas.

Consistent with previous notes. Showing more mineral on the finish than last bottle. Wonderful wine.

Clear, pale lemon. Clean, medium plus intensity aromas of citrus fruits, melon, green apple, pear and stone. Medium plus acidity, medium body. Flavors of grapefruit, lemon, lime, orange. After about an hour the flavor profile changed towards more apple, stone fruits and honeydew melon. Very definite strawberry on the finish. Wonderful mineral finish that lasts 30+ seconds with enough acid to leave your mouth watering. Excellent.

Light straw color, very clear. Aromas of ripe pear, apple, cotton candy, and what I would call dust for lack of a better term. Huge wine, lots of fruit on the middle, with a long finish that ends with crisp acidity. On the finish there are notes of green apple sorbet, mango, and very fresh strawberries. This is great stuff.
