Daffy Pinot Blanc Villányi

Pale lemon color. Barnyard, pear and apple aromas on medium(-) intensity. On the palate dry, high alcohol, medium acid, medium(-) body, flavor intensity and length with a creamy honeyed texture, neutral even dull, cannot find any particular fruit flavor, some minerality instead what turns to bitter aftertaste. I think overripe fruit can be a problem here. 24 hours later luckily the flavors changed to elderberry attractively and improved a lot the wine (the aromas didn`t)...
