Terreno Momento Massimo Toscana IGT

This is one of the best Super Toscana on the market, very fruity with a grape mix of Cabernet Souvignon and Merlot. Spicy on the nose, or quite peppery which means you would need something to meet the tannins as well as the rather high acidity with the food to eat. Red meat, garlic and maybe some chili, good with Parmesan.

This bottle had a cork the was very "flooded" with wine, even though the cork was OK, the smell was OK and the taste was OK, the wine turned out a bit " spicy"! Be aware, it's wine might be a cellar wine!
