Very crisp, refreshing and almost fun to drink, the Sosego is golden in color and reveals a yeast like aroma found in Champagne/Cremant, hints of kiwi, lemon, and melon. A light weight mouth-feel is overpowered by its well balanced acidity and savory notes of tropical fruit. The short-medium finish is its only drawback, but some lingering notes of honeydew keeps your mouth watering, coming back for more. Deep straw color, pretty dark for an Albariño. It has an inviting nose of citrus and tangerine, along with a hint of peach, that becomes more intense as the wine warms up. Medium bodied, dry, silky and crisp; as I was guessing from its color, it has more body than the average Albariño.
