This a big, rambunctious wine. Still very enjoyable and consistent with previous notes. Didn't come together quite as well as May 2021, but still great fun with pizza. Drink now.

Wow! This is drinking so well right now. Rich, unctuous with gorgeous black and red fruit, this also has backbone. Drink now, or hold a bit longer.

Delicious Syrah with a meaty overtone surrounding hints of smoke, fig and cherry. Wish I had another bottle.

Decanted for an hour and a half and found a somewhat muted nose but once reaching the palate it was a different story. This was reminiscent of a fresh bowl of red cherries, silky in texture followed by a moderate finish. This was a delicious wine with acidity kept to a minimum and very mild tannins.

Unbelievably good. Strong, smooth, supple, more to come. Drink now or hold for another two years.

Great black cherry on the nose and palate. Improved significantly with a few hours of decanting. Should improve over a couple of years.

Dark, dark purple. Surprisingly medium bodied given how dark it is. Tight, taut and somewhat backward. Very flavorful and complex with notes of currant, tar, licorice, cigar box & clove. Likely to improve over the next 16-24 months and last until 2018.

Great color and body in the glass. A solid nose of black cherries and plum but the taste lacked balance and the finish was a bit short.
