Tasted at the cellar door. Apparently aged on the lees for two years in bottle. The lees character was more prominent to me than the more muted Riesling aromas (probably picked early because of the sparkling style). Creamy lees. High acid, off-dry. Not as jarring some some sparkling Rieslings that are drier, which is nice.

Pale gold, somewhat large sized bubbles. Apple and pear. Medium acidity, surprisingly low for a sparkling wine or a riesling. Short finish. Was a very simple flavor profile for me. Usually I like Dr. K wines and I love riesling but this one fell really flat.

This was surprisingly crisp and dry, though without much Riesling character, to my palate. Very enjoyable. We poured it as an apéritif. We got an earlier vintage at the winery at least a decade ago, which left me not expecting much from the current version (disgorged 10/2021), but I'd get more of this.

This is a really fun methode champenoise riesling. Light and frothy in the mouth and slightly sweet. Flavors include lemon drop, red apple, pear, and just a little yeastiness. Dangerously easy to drink.
