Light yellow colour with good mousse. In the nose yellow and red apples, apple compotte, a discrete touche of peach with some tropical fruit, some sweetish-bready aromas (rather brioche-like) and a hint of butter. The nose is mainly fruity, of medium intensity, and rather elegant - a good start! The palate is definitely dry, and fruity, slightly less than medium bodied, with notes of green and yellow apples, citrus fruits, some minerality, good acidity and a hint of bitterness. Not …
