Très bon vin portuguais. Se prend bien comme appéro et accompagne bien un met de viande rouge.

Cedar and red fruits on the nose. Cassis, dark fruits, cedar, black pepper on the palate. A little bit "hot" alcohol-wise, but smooth velvety tannins and bright acidity balance the mouthfeel. Long, somewhat chocolatey finish. Great with pizza now, but probably has the structure to age a few more years. Wife loved it.

Assez corsé et tanique, fruits noirs et pas mal d`épices. Long avec un peu de chauffe. Pas méchant.

Just a solid, robust-yet-smooth, full-flavored red. Berry flavors galore, deep red color, super-pleasant bouquet. Just enjoy this wine from beginning to end and let yourself accept that Portugal does make some incredible wines. I went to Portugal 10 yrs ago with a Portuguese friend and his uncle pointed me in the right direction for a good Portuguese wine. I've been a believer ever since. Their very good wines (read reviews) are indeed VERY GOOD and a better value than their …

13.5% alcohol; no hint about the component grapes in this cuvée; as one would expect from a Portuguese wine, the cork is real, with a maximum of 1 mm wine penetration, the cork itself being unusually short -- 38 mm; the 'foil' is thin metallized paper; brought into the U.S. by Tri-Vin Imports, Inc, Mt. Vernon, NY; long legs, more dark brown than dark violet/red; opened and kept for 24 hours in the fridge, vinturied and tasted at approximately 19 …

Fabulous QPR. Full bodied, lush fruits, good structure. A little rough on the opening, but smoothed out well by the second night. I decanted half a bottle the first night, which helped. Give this a couple more years, or decant.

Red/brown, average legs. Full body, very flavorful, tannic to the finish, rich, hot mouthfeel, average length. Tart, slightly sweet, subtle bitter notes. Juicy, red berries, blueberry, cranberry. Best with rich food to balance their taste and digestion.

I’ve bought a case of this as Costco for $7 a bottle - strong QPR. Give it air - it’s a little disjointed out of the bottle but an hour in the glass or decanter will do wonders. Acidity, dark fruit, medium weight, and enough tannin to keep it interesting. It will smooth out even more on Day 2.

PnP. Dark berry fruits nose. Lots of fruit on the palate dominated by red plums and blackberries. Medium bodied, smooth, well integrated. A nice wine at an exceptional value.

It's a dry wine, but fairly smooth to drink with no after taste. Unfortunately it have me bad headache after just one glass so need to stay away.

Great QPR. Old world wine that drinks like new world. Easy to drink. Red berries, chocolate, leather on the nose and palate. Medium to full bodied. Medium finish. Pleasing but not compelling. Very quaffable every day wine. Thanks to WE for brining this to our attention despite the 92 pt rating being seemingly generous.

Great QPR. Camarate and Touriga Nacional grape blend. Cherry, raspberry, and plum with some vanilla. A little sweet for my taste but overall an enjoyable red wine.

Strawberries, cedar, leather nose. Dark cherry color with purple-red rim. Cherry & burnt leather flavor. High alcohol! Had with pork loin, buttered noodles and brussel sprouts. Overpowered by the alcohol, fruit was lost. May be okay with red meat (not hamburger, LOL).
