Llano Estacado Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard Series Dell Valley Vineyard

Dense, chewy, complex, yet smooth as silk! Well integrated oak and dark berry fruit. While a powerfull 15 % alcohol, it never feels burned or hot. Perfectly paired with a filet mignon. What a wonderful combination!

This wine has apparently aged sufficiently to really come into its prime! Excellent upon release in 2021, it went through an awkward stage for a year or two, but is now better than ever! Wonderful nose of currant and cherry leading to a complex palette of chocolate, spice, and woodsy notes. Fantastic with a juicy steak.
