Super drinkable. Not too sweet, but sweet. Lots of caramel. Citrus fruits.

Floral nose with petrol. Ripe palate with a warmth of fruit that wasn't hinted at by the nose. Peach & pear. Minerals. Pleasant, refreshing acidity that keeps you reaching for the glass. Superb length. Not as sweet as expected.

Nose of petrol and menthol. Ripe medium palate of peach & pear. Very good length. Abundant minerals. Not excessively sweet. Excellent balancing acidity.

A couple Pinots, A bunch of Spatlese, and QdC and a Port walked into a tasting : Golden in color. The nose on this was very tight and never really opened. On the palate, this was a sweet ginger ale. Perhaps because this was so young, but it seemed the most simple to me and I never really could coax much out of it.

Some Down to Earth 2007 Germans (The Wine Club, San Francisco) : Medium yellow. Now here's a different nose with lots of mint and little fruit showing. Heavier with strong minerality but not much fruit and adequate acidity. Not worth it.

Another wine without much of a nose, but "what a difference a taste makes-24 little flavours". Auslese like richness of glazed peaches with great acidity that adds to the overall experience.Though young it has potential to age for at least 10-15 years.Should be a great bottle to enjoy in 2025.Very yummy.
