Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot 14% abv Medium to full body, bright crimson colour. Intense, fruit forward aroma, leather and tobacco. Dominant plummy and sour cherry palate and spicy finish of good length. Fresh and juicy, complex enough and well balanced, lovely acidity and grippy tannins. Food friendly, well pairing to minestrone soup. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Open two hours ahead. Drink now while young and next 4/5 years.
