A bit sour and acidic to my palate. Maybe left too long and fruit faded? A little better with ribeye and some air but still not at level should be

Sour berries with a hint of ash (possibly minerality) and for me, quite dominant aromas of carbon tablet (as in, medicinal and/or chemical flavours of fruit and mint). The overall flavour of this wine did not work for my palate personally, but other tasters seemed to disagree.

very perfumed nose - just jumps out of the glass Ripe fruit on the palate, lightish body, very supple, pretty and juicy, strawberry fruit Delightfully balance and complexity, makes most Ribera del Duero seems clumsy 100% Tempranillo
