Pnp. Opened a little musty but quickly blew off. Dark, dried fruit. Rich. Very pleasant. Everyone liked it

This is drinking really well right now with bright raspberry puree, baking spice, and substantial acidity. Medium bodied and fully integrated. Good stuff - drink within the next few years to catch this at its peak.

Decanted for a little sediment, not a lot, followed over 4 hours. In a great place. Still plenty of dark fruit but also spice and damp earth. No noticeabke tannin but not flabby, built to last another 10+ years.

PnP. Nose is full of blueberries and spice along with a layer of something I couldn’t place but my wife thought was currant. On the palate, it still has some blueberry but the fruit has taken a backseat to the bramble and savory aspects. Very enjoyable but I liked it better a few years ago. Update on night 3 after VinVac - this ranks up there as one of my favorite Bedrock wines ever! What a seamless integration of fruit …

Likely peaking, a pleasant zin with mixed dark berries, herbs and a bit of earth. Integrated medium acid/tannins.

PnD let air for 2hrs. Dark opaque purple with plum to clear rim. Blackberry pate sage and earth on the nose. Medium weight with nicely burred tannins. Plum blackberry sage and earth. Ripe and fresh. Riper than the Pagani great contrast. Very impressive given 2011 was supposed to be an off vintage. Lots of life ahead.

Nose of bramble fruit and high-toned leather. Palate is caramel, dark fruit. Round and juicy with medium + finish. No notable alcohol. Super drinkable.

Slow O'd 4 hours. There's certainly nothing wrong with this zinfandel. There is some nice funk in there. It is a bit jammy, which has been my experience with Bedrock's reds.

This drank like a baby... so much more life to it and maybe still room to improve in the bottle

A nose of some dark fruits and spices, dark purple in color. A medium to full bodied red Zin , with black cherry, plum, licorice and spices on finish, very easy drinking. www.winelx.com

Truly amazing zinfandel. Deep red in glass, throwing off a bit of sediment. Heady aroma, at least partly from the high alcohol content (15%). Dark fruit on the front with just a hint of dusty, smoky leather on the finish. Drinking pretty perfectly right now!

A bit awkward on PnP, but opened up nicely after an hour. Blueberries, blackberries, cherry cough drops, earth, a touch of smoke, and a hint of citrus and integrated oak on the nose. Blueberries, tart cherries, plum jam, blackberries, and earth on the palate. Juicy acidity, lightly grippy tannins, medium finish. Surprisingly no heat given the alc %. Delicious. Overall, this was a tasty fruit-forward wine with some refreshing acidity. One of the better Bedrock zins I've had.

Part of Christmas dinner wines. Only got one glass. Noticeable spritz on this bottle that I didn't get off the previous two. Hope my next one doesn't have it.

very nice, one of the best at the Zinfandel dinner table (2004 Hartford dina's vineyard RRV, Fiore di vigna Primitiva, 2009 Turley Ueberroth, 2011 Bedrock Saiton Ranch, 2012 Stuhlmuller).

Nose of blueberries and flowers. This was best on night one poured through Vinturi or night two after vinvac. Black fruit with a layer of blue and good bramble. Agree with the lip smacking comment.

Purple in color. 15% ABV. Great big nose of black and blue fruits, flowers and a hint of citrus. Medium body with mouth watering acidity. Brambly blackberry, blueberry liqueur, slate and orange peel on the palate. The wine lingers on the finish. Another winner from Bedrock in the 2011 vintage. Drink over the next 2-4 years.

I wish I had more of this - as it is a fantastic fruit forward wine with blueberry and blackberry notes, smooth and rich throughout, without a hint of heat or tannin. Lovely

big nose; rich, ripe, and a bit sweet with full mid palate and mouth feel; nonetheless, balanced with no heat; paired against a ripasso, and i guessed that this was the ripasso.....oops, and in retrospect, this is very new world. Still has plenty of time.
