The nose hits you with white orange blossom, citrus and more. I even got some tennis ball but that faded after a bit. The wine has good body and acidity. Opened it to pair with gambas al ajillo and it was a sublime pairing. Really good wine.

On the nose, grass with lemon and very floral. At first on the palate, felt almost like a buttery Chardonnay. With time, that faded and were really enjoyed. Some grassy flavors with lemon and maybe rose? Very slight stone fruit and citrus. Medium body with nice finish and good acidity. Excellent wine

Pretty floral nose, soft stone fruit up front, broadens out on the core with buttery oak notes, slightly oily, good intensity, finish is wider on lower acidity. Not sure I've ever had a white Rioja before... would probably call Paso Robles Rhone white varietal (Viognier, Grenache blanc, Roussanne etc) if tasted blind. Have too many high acidity modern whites ruined my taste for this sort of thing? Will the pendulum start swinging back here? Interesting.

Wines in Spain; 12/15/2022-12/31/2022 : Very nice. Floral. Round. Supple. Toasty oak. Almost buttery, but not heavy. Unctuous. Umami. Quaffable. Some Vanilla and lemon. Better on day 2. Feels like Burgundy at points. I like it
